Hey, I know what it’s like to live a life with no “real” direction dancing to the beat of everyone else’s dreams and needs. I also know what it’s like to "be frustrated". I'm not talking able getting frustrated, but "being" frustrated because you are making everyone else happy, helping everyone to be the best versions of themselves, supporting everyone else's wishes, goals, and dreams. 

Even as a child, I knew that I was purposed to be a leader, preacher. teacher, and coach.  But because of the voices of naysayers, fear, responsibilities, and other people's expectations, I kept putting off becoming the person who God had purposed me to be. 

I know how difficult it is to shift gears, change thinking patterns, and dare to believe that even at this time, this age, in this season it is still possible. At age 31 with a husband and three kids, I finally received my bachelor's degree and landed a great promotion.  At age 38, I became and ordained elder and at age 41 took a bold step and went solo to seminary 1000 miles away from family and friends. At age 43, I received my first pastoral appointment and at age 46 remarried. And now am living a fulfilled life and live in my wealthy place in five key areas of my life.

I  am so thankful that God put people along my journey peopl;e who would not let me remain outside of the fulness that God had waiting for me. Today, I am a pastor, chaplain, community leader, founder of a non-profit, and entrepreneur. And I want to help others (just like others helped me) to shift gears, dare to believe for it and to do what it takes to achive it. And there's nothing like a tribe to help you do that!

Through Three & Fourteen, I bring together resources and relationships and create safe spaces and empowerment opportunities to help you to lean into the move of the Holy Spirit and unleash the God intended you.
